A Practical Guide to Understanding the Most Common Cancers with Bettina Zumdick
Tues. Sept 24 at 10:30am, 80 Mary's Avenue, Kingston, N.Y.
This class will provide a brief overview of the four most common cancers including: Breast, Colon, Ovarian and Prostate. Discussion will include the physiology of each with focus on the energy of common foods and their effects on the body. In this way, we can begin to understand how diet can help the healing process. A light lunch of soup and a nourishing appetizer will be served as this is not a cooking class.
